📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design of data and AI products, ensuring they are user-centric and aligned with business goals.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define and refine product requirements.,Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that communicate complex data and AI concepts effectively.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.,Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization, AI, and user experience design.,Present design work to stakeholders, including executives, and effectively communicate design rationale and impact.,Optimize existing products and features to enhance usability, accessibility, and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in data and AI design.,Proven track record of successfully shipping products that solve complex problems and drive business results.,Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.,Strong understanding of data visualization principles and techniques.,Experience with AI and machine learning concepts, and how they can be applied to product design.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.,Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive and elegant user experiences.
