📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design and construction of high-performance data centres, ensuring they meet the highest standards of efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement architectural strategies that align with the company's vision and the latest technological advancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in data centre design.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the data centre industry, incorporating innovative solutions into our projects.
• Present project updates and findings to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on data centres.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of data centre design principles, including power distribution, cooling systems, and security measures.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant green building certifications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with local regulations and building codes specific to Indonesia.
