📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and update inventory records using SAP and Excel.
- Coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Process and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering when necessary.
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse facilities.
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Participate in safety and quality assurance initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or warehousing industry.
- Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for inventory management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
