📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Support HR operations, including employee relations and compliance
- Conduct research and analysis to identify talent acquisition trends
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Assist in the preparation and execution of training programs for new hires
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment data and HR metrics
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges
