📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Write and edit blog posts, articles, and other digital content to drive traffic and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Manage and grow our company's online presence through SEO and content marketing.
• Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content to support marketing campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and content management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
