• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, financial performance, and compliance.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, including tellers, loan officers, and customer service representatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and managing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
