In this role, you'll work closely with IT teams to identify, track, and manage software assets, ensuring accurate inventory and licensing compliance. You'll leverage tools like ServiceNow and JAMF to streamline asset management processes, while also collaborating with stakeholders to address software asset issues and optimize resource allocation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular audits and assessments of software assets to ensure accurate inventory and licensing compliance.
Utilize ServiceNow and JAMF to track and manage software assets throughout their lifecycle.
Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve software asset issues, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of software assets, including licensing agreements and usage reports.
Participate in software procurement processes, evaluating and recommending new software solutions based on organizational needs.
Assist in the implementation of software asset management best practices and policies.
Provide training and support to end-users on software asset management procedures.
Monitor and report on software asset trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software asset management or a similar role.
Proven experience with software asset management tools such as ServiceNow, JAMF, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of IT asset management best practices and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Familiarity with software procurement and licensing processes is a plus.
Ability to travel to various locations within Bali as needed.
