📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of open pit mining operations.
• Develop and implement mining plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of mining engineers and technicians.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new mining projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze mining performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
• Represent PT Timah Tbk at industry conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in open pit mining operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing mining projects.
• Strong knowledge of mining software, including AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Certification in Safety Management Systems (SMS) or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
