📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support and maintain our studio’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new IT equipment and software.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate support.
• Document IT procedures and maintain records of system configurations and changes.
• Participate in regular system updates and upgrades to keep our infrastructure current.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT tools and technologies as needed.
• Provide basic training and support to production staff on IT-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and production support.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Knowledge of server and network technologies, including Windows Server, Linux, and networking protocols.
• Experience with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
