📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits and assessments of software assets to ensure accurate inventory and licensing compliance.
• Utilize ServiceNow and JAMF to track and manage software assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve software asset issues, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of software assets, including licensing agreements and usage reports.
• Participate in software procurement processes, evaluating and recommending new software solutions based on organizational needs.
• Assist in the implementation of software asset management best practices and policies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on software asset management procedures.
• Monitor and report on software asset trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software asset management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with software asset management tools such as ServiceNow, JAMF, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with software procurement and licensing processes is a plus.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bali as needed.
