📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of 5-7 staff in the creation and management of export file creation processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of export file creation, adhering to international shipping regulations and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless shipment handling.
• Utilize advanced software such as KN Global, SAP, and other logistics management tools to streamline processes.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Represent Kuehne & Nagel at client meetings and industry events to build and maintain strong relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sea logistics, with a focus on export file creation.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
