📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and restock kitchen supplies as needed.,Assist in training new kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of food quality.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet peak service times.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality and service.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
