📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers in finding products and answer their inquiries.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and well-organized shop environment.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Stock shelves and manage inventory levels.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Provide feedback to the store manager on customer preferences and shop performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and POS systems.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and local culture.,Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
