📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or deviations in the production process.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure continuous improvement in production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Experience with production planning and scheduling software is a plus.
