📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the restaurant.
• Overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant premises.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of goods and services.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Providing excellent customer service to both staff and customers.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Managing the staff schedule and ensuring adequate staffing levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of operational and administrative functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
