📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for job interviews.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Maintain a strong candidate database and update job postings on various platforms.,Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules with potential candidates.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining recruitment records and documents.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation activities.,Support the HR team in analyzing recruitment metrics and identifying areas for improvement.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
