📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with IT security and data backup systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
