Hotel Yoga Digital is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for creating a positive work environment. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Maintain positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee employee benefits and ensure they are administered correctly.,Handle employee leave and attendance management.,Lead HR training and development programs for employees.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
