🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and IT management.
• Certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or IT (e.g., CISSP, PMP) are a plus.
• Proven experience in managing HR and IT functions in a global or multinational company.
