📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.,Support the HR Manager in special projects and initiatives.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Fresh graduates with relevant experience and a strong passion for HR are also encouraged to apply.
