PT Digital Inti Jaya is looking for a dedicated Field Collection Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding payments from our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit client locations to collect outstanding payments.,Maintain accurate records of collections and follow up on overdue payments.,Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any issues or concerns.,Provide regular reports on collection activities to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily targets.,Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the collection team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in field collection or related roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for business use.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.,Proactive and solution-oriented approach.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
