📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a must.
