Hotel Adi Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Operations Manager to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery and hotel services. We are looking for a professional who can manage day-to-day operations, oversee staff, and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery and hotel services to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve productivity and profitability.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain smooth operations.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.,Proficient in using operational software and tools to streamline processes.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
