📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service.

Manage and train staff to ensure high standards of service.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining areas.

Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.

Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the F&B service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.

Ability to prepare and present reports.

Fluency in English is a plus.
