📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Area Manager.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental regulations are met and maintained.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
