In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of our IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.,Monitor and maintain system backups to ensure data integrity and availability.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies as needed.,Document all IT-related activities and maintain accurate records.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are secure and efficient.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and growing environment.,Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.,Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Experience with network infrastructure and security is a plus.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a must.
