• Manage and track all accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments.

• Follow up on overdue accounts, negotiating payment terms and resolving any disputes.
• Work closely with sales and finance teams to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Implement and monitor accounts receivable policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
