📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the tax and accounting functions of the company.,Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.,Manage the accounting records and financial statements.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Supervise and mentor junior staff members.,Conduct regular reviews of financial processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software and tax preparation tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the maritime industry is a plus.
