🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing role, with a focus on footwear or a related industry.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including quality control, production planning, and supply chain management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools, such as ERP systems, CAD software, and quality control software.,Familiarity with international manufacturing standards and regulations is a plus.,Ability to travel internationally for business purposes.
