📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and customers.,Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Associates to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.,Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with overall company goals.,Represent Klook at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our products and services.,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on digital travel services.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
