📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of outlet staff, providing leadership and development opportunities.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular outlet visits to assess performance and address any issues.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Provide regular reports on outlet performance to the regional manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail outlets and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
