📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Report on training program outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
