📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Developing and implementing departmental strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
  • Representing the department in meetings and events, both in-person and virtually.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or department.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
