Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and customer engagement,Create and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer loyalty and increase sales,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative marketing ideas and concepts,Manage the company's social media presence and engage with customers on various platforms,Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns,Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials,Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in the F&B industry,Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms,Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Fluent in Mandarin both written and spoken,Proficiency in English is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
